- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could have rated it lower than a one-star I would have. It was hot in there it was crowded and it was an act of Congress just trying to get my son to be able to take a permit test. I had a whole folder filled with documents with our address on it plus his social security card and birth certificate but none of that would work. They actually asked if he had a mortgage in his name and he's 15 years old. They kept asking for paperwork that a 15 year old would not have like utility bills. Haha what a joke. Worst DMV ever.
