- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is probably the most backwoods non up to date water company. I called to cancel my water turned my water off at the tap before moving out of state then I get a call two months later telling me I owe and that they are going to turn off my water and I told them I called you two months ago to do that. Now I owe a balance and my renters cannot get their water turned on until I pay a balance due to their error. They really ought to get their act together. Clearly not getting their act together is in their favor because they are charging people when they should not. I am so glad I don't live anywhere near them anymore. I would dig a well before I used them again. I had to put 1 star or it wouldn't let me post it if I could give less than no stars I would have.By Jeanette Schell, December 22, 2016
